Learning license: firstly he should approach licensing authority the application form may demand

Application form no.2 (Available in the regional Transport Authority Office)

Fees Rupees 15 should be paid.

Document on Age Proof.

Medical Certificate.

Address proof.

Passport size photographs-3

the candidate who is apply for transport license should produce the required permanent driving license for LMV (Light Motor Vehicle), At least for 1 year. Applicant should be minimum of 20years age.

Requirements for getting Permanent License:

The applicant should pass the learning license test regarding driving responsibilities and traffic signs and this learning license is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

To get Permanent License the applicant should write an application for permanent license in form. The necessary documents to be produced.

Learning License of the type of vehicle indicated in application.

Fee should be paid which is mentioned in rule no 32 (CMV rules) for test of Competence.

3 passport size photographs.

For transport license, a driving certificate in form No.5 is required.

An applicant should undergo a test of competence.
