WHY N.O.C IS REQUIRED?

Whoever wants to shift his/her vehicle from one state to other state will be needs a ‘No Objection Certificate’ for getting the Vehicle and Registration Certificate transferred to any other Indian states. As per the Regional transport authority on N.O.C before issuing clearance to the candidate.

WHOM TO APPLY FOR NOC ?

To obtain N.O.C one has to approach the Dy. Commissioner of the Police, Traffic Police Branch, Police Control Room, near Lal Bahadur Stadium, Hyderabad.

WHAT IS PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING FOR NOC ?

1. Firstly To obtain N.O.C for the vehicle, no dues in traffic violations shall be taken from the Traffic Police authority.

2. The person should also apply for N.O.C from crime point of view to the Deputy.Comm of Police, Detective Dept, Hyderabad in writing and enclose Xerox copies of the Registration certificate of vehicle and receipt of Rs.100 rupees challan with personal appearance of the candidate is required.

3. Candidate must produce the original R.C book of the vehicle at the time of obtaining the N.O.C. 4. After obtaining the N.O.C he/she should submit the same in concerned R.T.A office along with any of the relevant form to get the vehicle transferred to other state of his/her choice.
